Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, unless the delivery item is defective or damaged as above, we cannot accept returns on medication orders as they require temperature control during shipment.
If you change your mind about the online programme, after the first week of the programme, we can provide a full refund. Please contact us to organise the refund. Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds if the programme has been accessed beyond the first week.
